I’m a professional with 15 years of experience in the corporate environment, leading culturally diverse hybrid teams across continents and time zones.  

I am a trained leadership coach with certified education on emotional intelligence and empathy, on a path of continuous learning to offer my clients tailored and research-based support on leadership skills development and enhancement.  

Integrity, candor, and connection are my guiding principles, as I aspire to support clients as a lighthouse: as a coach, I cast light on viable routes, so that you can choose the best one for you and the organization you lead.

My approach

Applying Daniel Goleman’s theory of emotional intelligence, I accompany my clients in exploring one or more key dimensions: self-awareness, self-regulation, internal motivation, empathy, and social skills.

Inspired by kintsugi, the Japanese art to repair broken objects with gold lacquer, we will work together to identify the cracks to work on, and will leverage them to enhance your leadership, converting them into valuable junctures. 

The coaching path itself is an opportunity to crack obsolete patterns that have solidified over the course of your career, and do not serve you anymore. 

The aim is to equip you with knowledge and skills that you can apply right away, allowing you to further evolve your leadership style independently, and to initiate and foster meaningful change in your work environment.
