I apply coaching techniques helping develop the emotional intelligence training for leaders that you need most.
My approach derives from a 15-year long career as a people manager and leader, developed over hundreds of unique experiences I’ve shared with peers, stakeholders, collaborators, mentees, and clients.
Emotions are information.
They are an inherent element of human experience, apply to everyone, and need to be managed – or they will manage us.
Everyone has emotions, and failing to acknowledge them usually has the opposite effect than intended. Denying the existence of emotions in the workplace results in them being repressed and conditioning our and others’ behavior in ways we are not fully aware of.
In your day-to-day work experience, you and your team use data to confirm or revisit business decisions, to measure the success of your products or services, to determine priorities and shape your strategies.
Human interaction is a key element of work, and emotional intelligence is a key tool to read the environment, gather quality data on yourself and others, and confirm or revisit your relationship strategy.
Emotional intelligence, with self-awareness as its first pillar, allows us to learn to read our emotions, and to consciously decide whether to act on them or independently from them.
Being aware of our emotions makes us centered, balanced humans, and subsequently stronger, empathetic leaders.
Through coaching on emotional intelligence and empathy, we collaborate on filling your leadership toolbox with tools that you will be able to use independently, and to share with others.
Inspired by kintsugi, the Japanese art to repair broken objects with gold lacquer, we will work together to identify the cracks to work on, and leverage them to enhance your leadership, converting them into valuable junctures.

One-on-one leadership coaching
On-on-one online coaching sessions are for you if you’re looking for a high-impact, tailored path designed to support you in transforming and evolving an empathetic leadership style.
It’s also about acquiring tools to support your associates to do the same.
The whole path, as well as each session, will focus on your desired results, aiming to send you off with real, actionable insights.
The entire process typically unfolds over six to eight 1-hour sessions.
Onsite and offsite team building workshops
Tailored group in-person onsite and offsite team building, with experiential learning, to be articulated over a 4-hour session or a full workday.
The format can be customized for your team, your leadership team, or the entire organization.

Online training sessions on emotional intelligence coaching and empathy (1.5-2 hours), providing a general overview of emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership, and insights on their application to your team’s specific circumstances.
The session is structured as a presentation of the core content, complemented by interaction with the audience through real-time surveys and Q&A.
