Participants will share a learning experience designed to demystify vulnerability and empathy and to foster trust. Colleagues do not always turn into friends, nor do they need to - but a respectful, collaborative, serene workplace is essential to work effectively as a team.

Self-awareness and self-regulation

Participants will learn how to cultivate emotional awareness, and how to turn emotions into information that can contribute to their work success and not hinder it.

Empathy and social skills

Participants will acquire a shared vocabulary to have meaningful, value-adding conversations while respecting individual boundaries. They will learn how cognitive empathy can become a professional asset, no matter whether they have leadership responsibilities or work as individual contributors.

How do leadership workshops for managers work?

We meet for a free introductory video call, in which I will learn about your needs and goals.

Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about my experience, my communication style, and my coaching style.

I follow up after the call with a proposal tailored to your needs.

In advance of the session, you will provide the full list of participants to the workshop and their email addresses, and they will be asked to complete a brief survey. 

This will provide me with information on the existing level of familiarity with emotional intelligence concepts, on subjective perception of the topic, and expectations for the session.

Then, we will meet online once to align on the core content of the presentation.

On the day of the session, I will get the workshop going after a short introduction from you. You can enjoy the experience with the rest of the team.

After the session, all participants will have access to a curated list of resources and a learning summary based on the themes that emerged during the workshop. 

Onsite and offsite emotional intelligence workshops

Tailored group sessions with experiential learning, to be articulated over 4-hour sessions or a full workday. 

This format is best suited for onsite or offsite team building, with the whole group attending in person with the facilitator. 

Workshops can be given to your team, your leadership team, or the entire organization.

The workshop has three main goals:

The priority of these goals is dependent on you, and will dictate how the workshop plays out.

Onsite workshops are the best option if you’d like to make time for this experience in your team’s regular routine, or if you already have a regular cadence for learning/team building initiatives and you feel this would fit the purpose of the ongoing series.

For fully remote teams, 4-hour experiences can be adapted as two 2-hour virtual leadership workshops online, provided the team can make use of breakout rooms and has availability to join on video for the entire duration of the session. 

Offsite leadership workshops are best suited when you work with a remote or hybrid team, and are organizing a multi-day offsite for the team to concentrate on tightening relationships and learning, taking a break from the daily business.
