How does it work?

We meet for a free introductory video call, in which I will learn about your needs and goals.

Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about my experience, my communication style, and my coaching style.

I follow up after the call with a proposal tailored to your needs.

The training session will address the core themes of emotional intelligence and inclusion at work, with emphasis on the themes we identify as priorities within your organization.

Considering the duration of the session, interaction with participants will primarily leverage real-time surveys and time for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

On the day of the training session, I will facilitate the emotional intelligence webinar after a short introduction from you. You can enjoy the experience with the rest of the team.

After the session, all participants will have access to a curated list of resources for further self-paced learning.
